Monitoring service availability, need, and use to assure there are adequate services to meet the need.

    • Services offered but not used, including services duplicated without need
  • Monitoring the process through ongoing collection of data and stories to evaluate the effectiveness of the System, which includes:

    • Service Quality
    • Service Equity
    • Service Capacity
    • Family Satisfaction
  • Continually improving the monitoring process to assure families get access to the services and resources they need
  • Developing strategic initiatives to address service needs and utilization issues
